MIG

An ideal solution for efficient mechanised welding, Metal Inert Gas Welding or MIG Line Welding is a core process offering from Incite Cam Centre, which yields high quality and low cost results on all commercially available metals and alloys. When this process is carried out on a mechanised scale, this becomes a complete assembly line.
A differentiated process for creating welding fixtures, an MIG Line welding occurs when an electric arc formation leads to the creation of a joint or weld, under the aegis of a shielding gas. Achieving fast welding speeds, the process is used in automotive repair, leading to strong welds, in rebuilding equipment, preparing a new joint/part, overlaying wear resistant coatings and welding pipes.

SPOT

Spot line welding, a common method of spot welding used universally to meld sheet metal to form a vehicle. The process, where welds are held together under pressure exerted from electrodes, can be fully automated, leading to end-to-end solutions for the vehicular assembly line – an area where the company holds expertise.
Used to work on sheet metal solutions, the process is also used in orthodontist clinics to meld and resize molar bends, and work on Lithium batteries.
By directing energy at precision spots, this process helps us deliver reliable welds. It also helps avoid overheating the sheet metal and reducing weld timings.

TIG

Tig line welding operations or the application of tungsten inert gas leads to slower, though more precise welds on thin work pieces, especially non-ferrous materials. Understanding these specifics, a mechanised engineering business like Incite Cam Centre is proficient at using the mechanism to weld small diameter, thin-wall tubing, repairing tools and dies among other jobs. Resistant to corrosion and cracking over long periods of time, these make excellent choices in critical operations.
TIG assembly line solutions are run with constant power and are used to join thin materials and form piping for manufacturers of industrial goods, including vehicles. It is also used in aerospace and the bicycle industries.
