Design

A host of post graduate engineers and diploma tool makers comprise the core of Incite Cam Centre’s design, development and Programming Team.

Engaged in constant research and development, our team’s focus lies in conceptualising and executing new and innovative solutions. Led by our Design Head and Technical Director, Vishwanathn S, the team has individuals bringing nearly 15 years of experience in specific tool and fixture design, BIW fixtures and products. And they are supported by the latest hardware on platforms like Pro/E and Cimatron.

We work on Pro-E, Catia, Cimatron & MasterCAM platforms backed up with latest hardware. We use MOTOSIM software for conducting Robotic Simulation.

Design

Machine Shop

In house machine shop is equipped with latest CNC machining centres to ensure right quality in every element of our fixtures.

Machines include,

  • 2CNC Machines - 3 Axes -Sizes 800 x 600 mm and 1200 x 800 mm
  • 2CNC machine - 4 Axes - Sizes 1200 x 800 and 2200 x 1700 mm
  • 1CNC machine - 5 Axes - 1200 x 700 mm
  • Surface Grinding Machines up to 800 x 600 mm
  • DRO Precision Milling & Boring Machines
  • Radial Drilling Machine & Lathe

Assembly

We have 2 units for assembling the lines. Each of them has material handling capacity of 5 Tons. Floor space at Unit 1 is 12,000 sqft and at Unit 2 is 20,000 sqft.

Quality Control

Quality is the watch word. The eagle eye check ensures that the process undergoes vigilant quality inspection using FARO PLATINUM ARM – 2.4 Mtr, HEIGHT MASTER & GAUGES. Incite is an ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Certified Company.

And these factor into all core steps of the product lifecycle – in overall inspection and measurement standards.

Project Management

The Project Management team ensures timely execution of all the projects by continuously interacting and coordinating with different departments. PM TEAMACTIVITIES include

  • PROJECT PLANNING
  • DEPARTMENTAL REVIEWS EVERYDAY
  • PROGRESS REPORT TO CUSTOMER WEEKLY
    • An Internal Work Order Number is attached to every product.
    • An Internal Work Order Number is attached to every product.
    • A Time Schedule is prepared which shows the overall time line for execution.
    • A daily review with the concerned departments is done to understand and update the status.
    • Project management software "Bulls Eye", helps in planning, monitoring and analysing the progress of a project.
  • These are ably supported by ERP Systems through which
    • MARKETING, DESIGN, PURCHASE , STORES , ACCOUNTS departments are efficiently managed and monitored
